3.3. Malicious Behavior

Selling access to stolen data

Impersonation

Spreading malware

Attempting to obtain others’ private information
4. Monetized Content Rules
Creators may earn money through:

Subscriptions
-
Pay-per-view content
-
Tips
-
Exclusive posts
-
Private interactions (if allowed by law)
But creators MUST:

Not scam users
-
Not falsely advertise content
-
Deliver what they promise in paid posts

Follow all local laws
-
Use original or licensed material only
Refunds for monetized content follow our Refund Policy.
5. Privacy & Consent

Do not share private information (yours or someone else’s).

No doxxing, stalking, or publishing personal details.

Do not upload content involving anyone who hasn’t agreed to be filmed or photographed.
-
Respect your own safety and personal boundaries.
6. Intellectual Property
You may only post:

Content you created
-
Content you own or have permission to use
Do NOT:

Upload copyrighted videos, music, images, or text without permission

Repost paid content from JaTalk on other platforms

Steal or resell other creators' content
DMCA and copyright claims may result in removal or suspension.
7. Authentic Accounts Only

You may not impersonate other people or brands.

Satire must be clearly labeled as parody.

Fake verification, fake profiles, and misleading identities are prohibited.
8. Spam, Scams & Manipulation
Do not use JaTalk to:

Mass message users
-
Spam comments or posts
-
Sell fake products
-
Manipulate engagement (fake likes, views, bots)
-
Run pyramid schemes
-
Advertise without permission (unless allowed by platform rules)
9. Security & Safety

Keep your account secure.
-
Do not share your login credentials.
-
Report suspicious accounts or activity immediately.
JaTalk may temporarily freeze accounts if security issues are detected.
10. Enforcement & Consequences
Violation of these guidelines may result in:

Content removal

Warning notices
-
Temporary account suspension
-
Permanent ban
-
Reversal or withholding of creator payouts

Reporting to legal authorities (if required)
JaTalk reserves the right to act at its discretion to maintain platform safety.
