These Creator Terms (“Terms”) apply to all users who create, upload, or monetize content on JaTalk (“platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By publishing content on JaTalk, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. 👤 Eligibility

To become a creator on JaTalk, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time.

2. 📤 Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of the content you create
• By uploading content, you grant JaTalk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
  • Host
  • Display
  • Distribute your content on the platform

You can delete your content at any time, subject to platform limitations.

3. ✅ Acceptable Content

JaTalk is a general content platform. All content must be:

• Legal and compliant with applicable laws
• Original or properly licensed
• Respectful and non-harmful
• Suitable for a broad audience (no adult content)

🚫 4. Prohibited Content

Creators may NOT upload or share:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Content involving minors in inappropriate ways
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Violence or promotion of harm
• Illegal activities or dangerous behavior
• Copyright-infringing or stolen content
• Misleading or deceptive content

Violations may result in content removal or account termination.

💰 5. Monetization Rules

Creators may earn through:

• Subscriptions
• Tips or donations
• Paid content or services

Requirements:

• Clearly describe what users are paying for
• Deliver promised content or services
• Avoid misleading or deceptive practices

⚠️ Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed through third-party providers
• JaTalk may charge platform fees
• Creators are responsible for:
  • Taxes
  • Financial reporting

Chargebacks & Disputes:

• May result in withheld earnings
• Repeated issues may lead to account suspension

🧾 6. Intellectual Property

You confirm that:

• You own or have rights to all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights

We may remove content upon valid copyright complaints.

👥 7. Community Standards

Creators must:

• Treat users with respect
• Avoid spam or aggressive promotion
• Not manipulate engagement (fake followers, bots, etc.)

🛡️ 8. Platform Rights

JaTalk reserves the right to:

• Review and remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access to features
• Withhold earnings in cases of violations

🔐 9. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Protecting your login credentials
• All activity under your account

⛔ 10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful or illegal behavior
• Fail verification processes

You may stop using JaTalk at any time.

⚖️ 11. Limitation of Liability

JaTalk provides the platform “as is” without guarantees.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of income
• User disputes
• Platform interruptions
