This Refund Policy explains when users may be eligible for refunds and how refund requests are handled.
By using the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
All transactions made on JaTalk - including subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, and other digital purchases - are final and non-refundable.
Because JaTalk sells digital content that becomes available immediately after purchase, we cannot reverse access once granted.
2. Subscription Payments
2.1. Recurring Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
2.2. No Partial Refunds
We do not issue refunds for:

Dissatisfaction with a creator’s posting frequency or content style

Changes in creator activity or availability
Users are responsible for managing their own subscriptions.
3. Tips and One-Time Payments
Tips, donations, and pay-per-view purchases are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a user pays to access content, the payment cannot be reversed.
4. Refunds for Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered only in the rare case of a verified technical problem caused by JaTalk, such as:

Duplicate charges for the same purchase

Payment processed incorrectly due to a system error
We may require evidence such as screenshots, transaction IDs, or error messages.
If approved, refunds are issued through the original payment method.
5. Fraud & Unauthorized Purchases
We take fraud seriously.
If you believe your account was used without authorization:

We may temporarily lock the account during investigation.
Refunds for unauthorized payments may be issued only if the claim is legitimate and verified.
6. Chargebacks
Filing chargebacks with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may result in:

Reversal of earnings to protect creators

Permanent ban for repeated or fraudulent disputes
We strongly encourage users to contact JaTalk first to resolve issues.
7. Creator Earnings and Refunds
If a user refund is granted, JaTalk may:

Reverse the related payout

Deduct the refunded amount from future creator earnings

Temporarily hold payouts during investigations
Creators must comply with all payout and refund rules.
