• You retain ownership of the content you create and upload
• By posting content, you grant JaTalk a license to host and display it on the platform
• You must ensure your content is original or properly licensed

Unauthorized use of others’ content is strictly prohibited.

5. Monetization & Payments

JaTalk allows creators to earn through:

• Subscriptions
• Tips and donations
• Pay-per-view content
• Premium interactions

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
Creators are responsible for:

• Taxes on earnings
• Accurate representation of paid content

Refunds, disputes, or chargebacks may impact payouts or account status.

6. Adult Content Policy

If applicable:

• Only users aged 18+ may create or access adult content
• All content must involve consenting adults
• Identity verification may be required

Non-consensual or illegal content will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

7. Platform Rules & Enforcement

JaTalk reserves the right to:

• Remove content that violates policies
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Withhold payouts in cases of violations
• Take legal action when necessary

8. Payments, Fees & Refunds

• Payments are handled via third-party processors
• JaTalk does not store full payment details
• Fees may apply to transactions
• Refund policies are subject to platform rules

9. Intellectual Property

All platform features, branding, and technology belong to JaTalk or its licensors.
You may not:

• Copy or reproduce platform content
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service

10. Limitation of Liability

JaTalk provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free performance
• Financial outcomes for creators

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JaTalk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using JaTalk at any time.
JaTalk may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
