Welcome to JaTalk.com (“JaTalk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using JaTalk.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including content creators, subscribers, and visitors.

1. Eligibility

You are solely responsible for your content.
You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or exploits minors

• Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment

• Is sexually explicit involving anyone under 18

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Contains spam, scams, or malware

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Monetization & Payments

4.1. Creator Earnings

Creators can monetize content through subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, or other monetization features.

4.2. Identity Verification

Creators must verify identity and meet legal requirements before earning money.

4.3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by third-party processors.
Creators agree to their terms and policies.
JaTalk does not store full credit card numbers.

4.4. Fees

JaTalk may take a percentage of earnings or charge service fees, which will always be clearly disclosed.

4.5. Refunds

All sales are final unless required by law or determined by JaTalk.

Fraudulent activity may result in withheld earnings or account suspension.

5. Community Guidelines

Users agree to:

• Treat others respectfully

• Not stalk, bully, or harass

• Not misuse reporting tools

• Not attempt to access others’ accounts

• Not upload viruses or harmful code

• Not use automation, bots, or scraping tools

Violation may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform

• Remove or restrict content

• Ban or suspend accounts (with or without notice)

• Enforce copyright or content violations

• Change features or pricing

• Comply with law enforcement requests

We are not liable for damages caused by interruptions or changes to the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All JaTalk trademarks, logos, software, design, and branding belong to JaTalk.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify the Platform.

User content remains the property of the user (see Section 3).

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites or tools (e.g., payment processors).
We are not responsible for:

• Their content

• Their policies

• Their actions or inactions

Users interact with them at their own risk.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms

• We suspect fraud or illegal activity

• Required by law

You may delete your account anytime through your settings.
Some data may remain in backups as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• That the Platform will always function

• That content will be error-free

• That user interactions will be safe

• That monetization will generate earnings

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• JaTalk is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

• JaTalk’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months, if any.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations—your rights may vary.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold JaTalk harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your content

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your infringement of another’s rights

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated date will appear at the top.
Continued use of JaTalk after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
